Architecture: A2D architects

An elegant new-build looking over a flower filled garden on one side and rolling fields on the other. The house is a discrete but distinct volume clad in grey timber that draws the outside in. Floor to ceiling windows and a continuous flagstone floor that bleeds out onto the terrace pulls the garden and the natural surroundings into the house and adds a layer of complexity and movement to an otherwise visually simple and restrained interior.
